TIPS Y NOTICIAS BREVES: CONSEJO DE ESTADO ANULA RESOLUCIÓN QUE OBLIGABA A TENER LUCES ENCENDIDAS TODO EL DÍA EN CARRETERAS


Anulada Resolución que obligaba a conductores a mantener luces encendidas de los automotores durante todo el día en las carreteras colombianas.

No es el código de tránsito (L. 769/02) el que contiene la orden de mantener encendidas las luces de los automotores todo el día; fue el Ministerio de Transporte quién vía resolución 2730 del 2004 lo dispuso así. Pues bien ese acto administrativo ha sido anulado por el Consejo de Estado el pasado 7 de julio de 2011 porque el Ministerio excedió su falcultad reglamentaria.

SRES.MUY BUENAS TARDES LA POLICIA DE VIGILANCIA Y SEGURIDAD TIENE LA FACULTAD O FUNCION DE REALIZAR PRUEBA DE ALCOHOLIMETRO A CONDUCTORES.SIN ESTAR PRESENTES AGENTES DE TARNSITOS O CARRETERAS.ES QUE ACA EN RIONEGRO DOS PATRULLEROS DE VIGILANCIA Y SEGURIDAD REALIZARON ESA ACCION...Y SI LA PRUEBA SALIA POSITIVA INTIMIDABAN CON LLAMAR AL TRANSITO O CARRETERA....CON LA FORMA DISCIMULADA DE PEDIR PLATA
